From the Noirs & Éclats collection, Clair-Obscur creates a dialogue between two worlds. At the top, a yellow flower with a white heart — sunny, soft, immediately luminous. At the bottom, a free and organic black shape hosts a white flower with a black heart — graphic, deep, affirmative. The blue numeral 2, suspended at the bottom, punctuates the composition with an unexpected touch.

Two flowers. Two energies. One single piece. Clair-Obscur explores the tension between light and shadow, and turns it into elegance.

A PIECE THAT REVEALS THE FACE

With its 22 cm length and 7.5 cm width, Clair-Obscur flows down the neck with a sleek and controlled silhouette. The yellow flower, placed near the ear, draws light to the face and warms the complexion. The black shape creates a graphic anchor that emphasizes the head carriage.

Worn on a single ear, it creates a deliberate and refined asymmetry. It doesn't seek to impose itself — it settles in, with obviousness.

A HANDCRAFTED CREATION IN RECYCLED DENIM

Clair-Obscur is handcrafted from recycled denim, cut, shaped, and hand-painted. Each element is carefully worked separately before being assembled.

The slight variations inherent in artisanal work are part of the piece's identity. Therefore, no Clair-Obscur is perfectly identical to another.

ONE PIECE, TWO LIVES

Clair-Obscur can be experienced in two ways. Worn on the ear, it affirms, it radiates. Hung on its board, it becomes a work of art in its own right — a living decoration that continues to exist in your home when you're not wearing it.

The board is an A4 print on 300g paper, specially created for this piece. The jewelry integrates directly into it.

THE O₂ SIGNATURE

The O₂ — symbol of oxygen — is Sonia Carline's signature. On Clair-Obscur, the blue numeral 2 suspended at the bottom of the piece extends this signature subtly — a touch of color that reveals the depth of the composition.
